Over mij
Hi, ik ben Linda….
Getrouwd met Martijn en moeder van twee fantastische dochters. Altijd wel opzoek naar nieuwe en alternatieve ervaringen. Om die reden heb ik een aantal jaren geleden zelf mijn eerste ademmeditatie gedaan. Ik had geen idee wat ik kon verwachten of wat het inhield. Maar dacht na deze eerste sessie al: ‘Wow, wat is dit gaaf!’ Mijn ademhaling was direct veel beter en daarnaast was mijn stressniveau behoorlijk gedaald en zaten mijn nek- en schouderspieren ineens een stuk losser. Ik had ook meteen het gevoel dat ik hier meer mee wilde doen. Daarom ben ik de opleiding tot ademcoach gaan volgen en ben ik mijn praktijk aan huis begonnen. En heb ik afgelopen jaar een stuk grond in Zacharo gekocht. Waar mijn camping zal openen in voorjaar 2025. Waar ook retraites gegeven gaan worden, gericht op de ademhaling. Nu hoop ik anderen mensen hetzelfde ‘Wow-gevoel’ mee te geven.

Hi, i am Linda….
Married to Martijn and mother of 2 fantastic daughters. Always looking for new and alternative experiences. That is why i did my first breathing meditation a few years ago. I had no idea what to expect or what it entailed, but after this first session i thought: “Wow, this is amazing!”. My breathing was immediately much better and in addition my stress level had dropped considerably and my neck and shoulder muscles were suddenly a lot looser. I also immediately had the feeling that i wanted to do more with this. That is why i started the training to become a breathing coach and started my practice at home. And last year i bought a piece of land in Zacharo, where my camping will open in the spring of 2025. Where retreats will also be given, focused on breathwork. Now i hope to give other people the same ‘Wow feeling’.
Retraites
Door je hele leven ervaar je indrukken, gevoelens en emoties, en daar ga je ook naar ademhalen en kan jouw lichaam vast gaan zitten. we willen ons lichaam juist meer ruimte geven voor energie, liefde en ontspanning. Door verschillende ademmeditaties tijdens de retraite gaan we dit ook samen bereiken. Retreats
Throughout your life you experience impressions, feelings and emotions, and your breathing will react to that which causes your body to tense. We want to give our body more space for energy, love and relaxation. Through various breathing meditations during the retreat we will achieve this together. Camping in Zacharo.
Na vele jaren dromen en zoeken heb ik in de zomer van 2024 mijn ideale plek gevonden in Griekenland om deze waar te maken. Aan de westkust van Peloponnesos ligt het prachtige plaatsje Zacharo. Net in het buitengebied waar rust en natuur volop aanwezig zijn open ik voorjaar 2025 mijn camping genaamd “risingbreath”. Op loopafstand van het meer Kaiafas en het strand met een fantastisch uitzicht op de bergen bied ik verschillende mogelijkheden aan. Van kamperen met je eigen tent, caravan of camper, tot aan een compleet ingerichte bell tent. Tevens zijn er douches en toiletten aanwezig en natuurlijk een bar met terras. Waar je naast een drankje ook verschillende snacks kan bestellen. Wil je een boeking doen of extra informatie kan je altijd contact opnemen en dan help ik je graag verder.
After many years of dreaming and searching, I have found my ideal place in Greece in the summer of 2024 to make this come true. On the west coast of Peloponnese lies the beautiful town of Zacharo. Just in the countryside where peace and nature are abundant, I will open my camping called “risingbreath” in the spring of 2025. Within walking distance of Lake Kaiafas and the beach with a fantastic view of the mountains, i offer various possibilities. From camping with your own tent, caravan or camper, to a fully equipped bell tent. There are also showers and toilets and of course a bar with terrace. Zacharo.
Zacharo is een klein stadje in het zuidwestelijke deel van de regio Ilia in Griekenland, ongeveer 30 km van de hoofdstad Pyrgos.
Dankzij het milde klimaat door de nabijheid van de zee is Zacharo een populaire toeristische bestemming geworden. De attracties van de stad omvatten archeologische vindplaatsen, thermale bronnen en unieke natuurlijke locaties, naast een uitgestrekt zandstrand waar jaarlijks de Caretta caretta (zeeschildpadden) hun eieren leggen.
Verschillende strandbars met ligbedden zijn beschikbaar met voorzieningen zoals omkleedcabines en douches. Het omliggende gebied versterkt de aantrekkingskracht verder. Het strand wordt omzoomd door ongerepte zandduinen en een dennenbos, wat een gevoel van wilde schoonheid aan de locatie toevoegt.
Een complete combinatie van berg, vlakte, zee, meer en bos vormen een natuurlijke schoonheid. Natuur liefhebbers hebben de mogelijkheid om door de dennenbossen te struinen, peddelsurfen in het Kaiafas-meer, of de bergen in te gaan om 1 van de prachtige watervallen die het gebied rijk is te gaan bezichtigen.

Zacharo is a small town in the southwestern part of the Ilia region of Greece, about 30 km from the capital Pyrgos.
Thanks to its mild climate due to its proximity to the sea, zacharo has become a popular tourist destination.The town’s attractions include archaeological sites, thermal springs and unique natural sites, in addition to a vast sandy beach where the Caretta caretta (sea turtles) lay their eggs every year.
Several beach bars with sun beds are available with facilities such as changing rooms and showers. The surrounding area further enhances the attraction. The beach is lined with unspoiled sand dunes and a pine forest, adding a sense of wild beauty to the location.
